For over a decade, I sat on the hiring side — screening resumes, running interview panels, and deciding who moved forward and who didn't, first as a recruiting executive and later inside Accenture's consulting practice. I was born and raised in New York City and I've worked across five languages — English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Italian — with professionals across Europe and Latin America.
